  • Client: Leading Edge Forum (LEF)

    Challenge: LEF needed to find a person for a highly specialised key role but was concerned about the potential high recruitment commission.

    Solution: LEF partnered with Superstars on a subscription basis to find the perfect professional for the role.

    Results: By working with Superstars, LEF was able to save £50,000 on recruitment fees with just one successful transaction. The LEF team was extremely satisfied with the cost savings and the quality of the candidate provided by Superstars.

  • Client: RocketFuel

    Challenge: RocketFuel experienced rapid growth and needed to hire a large number of qualified professionals across multiple countries.
    However, the management team and HR department were already overwhelmed with their day-to-day operations.

    Solution: Superstars, with their expertise in talent acquisition, stepped in to assist RocketFuel. Steve Hutson, Talent Director from Superstar’s collaborated with RocketFuel's HR Director to develop a comprehensive talent attraction strategy.

    Results: Over a two and half year period, Superstars successfully recruited 164 professionals in more than six countries, covering various roles such as HR, Legal, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Media Analysts. These hires made significant contributions to RocketFuel's success, with many of them becoming top performers in their respective fields. By leveraging Superstars' services, RocketFuel saved over £1,400,000 in recruitment fees during this period.

    Challenge: Reach plc needed to make strategic hires in Engineering, Data and Service Design to enhance their teams and drive innovation.

    Solution: Superstars took on the responsibility of finding exceptional talent, including Head of positions and other key team members to strengthen Reach plc's Engineering, Data and Service Design teams.

    Challenge: CGI aimed to diversify its teams and prioritise hiring digital consultants for their Edinburgh department to support their digital transformation initiatives.

    Solution: Superstars collaborated with CGI on this exciting project, ensuring true diversity by meeting talent face-to-face and understanding their needs. Superstars focused on recruiting for CGI's Service Design team and Digital Transformation area.

    Results: Within a couple of months, Superstars successfully placed ten stars in CGI's Edinburgh department, contributing to the team's diversity and expertise. The recruited individuals remained with CGI and continued to develop their careers, showcasing the effectiveness of Superstars' approach to talent acquisition.
